Product Description
The DKLIN-100 database contains up to six (6) sections or modules (depending on the customer’s needs):
1) Invoice Tracker (Administrator)
The invoice tracker helps the business manager in managing, track, follow up, send messages, and assuring all projects get paid. The user can also query the information by “All Records”. The result will be a list of all properties on record for daily monitoring, and to ensure the business stays on top of customer payments.
2) Employee Payroll (Administrator)
The Employee Payroll module helps management personnel in the efficient tracking, monitoring, and organizing of all employee’s salaries. It recollects the regular and up-charges of all projects and is only a few clicks from sending the payroll data to the printer to print all checks.
3) Daily Schedule Log (Administrator)
The Daily schedule allows the business management to assign a daily workload to each employee. The Results Page shows the main information of the specific module. The information is grouped by Property Name, followed by customer Fees, Business Total Rates, Employee Total Rates, Employee Full Name, Employee Email Address, the Date the cleaning job will be performed, and Unit Number. The very right side of the screen will populate with up to 30 pictures taken by the cleaners on a daily basis (15 before/15 after).
4) Weekly Calendar (Employee)
When the employee enters this module, it will show the weekly schedule assigned only to him/her. Employees are unable to see other employees’ weekly schedules. The only schedule shown is the one already assigned to him/her by the business administrator/owner.
5) Data Submission Forms (Employee)
After the user clicks on the “Submit Job Pictures” logo, it will access the “Form” page of the database. In this section, the user will make several selections of the job assigned. The user will provide all related information about the property like property name, physical address, and unit number.
6) Password Reset (Employee)
If the user chooses to change or reset the password, a Password Reset button is provided at the bottom of the login screen. When a new employee is hired, the business administrator will assign a username and temporary password through Compi Group to give access to the database for the first time. Once the login is successfully executed, the new employee will have an opportunity to reset the password assigned or to continue using the current password. It is the employee’s preference to go either way. However, every time the employee logs into the database there is an opportunity to change or reset the password if he/she chooses to do it.
